Can be used in combination with an aluminum tube as a visually clean wall spacer solution.
Assembly
Cut 18 mm holes into the PET panel; screw and glue mounting plates to the back.
Shorten the aluminum tube to the desired length, attach it, and mount the absorber with suitable screws.
Notes
Tube length = desired distance minus 2 mm (compensation for plate base thickness).
Neatly conceal mounting openings at the end with 18 mm nipples.
