AP-400-002
Area of application
Suitable for wall mounting of PET acoustic panels and other panel materials.
Assembly
Panels are simply hung in place.
Distance to the wall can be increased by using wood or MDF strips.
Minimum distance to the wall: 6 mm.
For assembly, twice the number of running meters of profile is always required, as the profiles are hooked into each other.
Factory pre-drilled profiles reduce assembly time.

AP-400-007
Area of application
Suspension of PET acoustic panels or other panels with 5 cm distance to the ceiling.
Also takes on a stiffening function for the panels.
Assembly
Mount one profile on the panel.
Attach the second profile to the ceiling rotated by 180° in the same alignment.
Hang in the panel.
To prevent accidental unhooking, spacers (approx. 50 mm high) can be placed on the panels.
Factory pre-drilled profiles reduce assembly time.

Area of application
Connection and assembly of large ceiling absorbers or ceiling sails made of several panels.
Enables a quick, easy and seamless connection.
Assembly
Mount AKI profile flush along the edge of the first panel.
Profile must not protrude beyond the panel edge, otherwise a seamless connection is not possible.
Position the adjacent panel butt to butt so that both are exactly aligned.
Place the AKO profile over the AKI profile and mount it under tension on the second panel.
Factory pre-drilled profiles reduce assembly time.

Assembly
Overall height 30 mm, equipped with V-groove on the back.
T-nuts with threaded holes as well as longitudinal and corner connectors can be used.
Rope stoppers with thread can be screwed into the T-nuts.
Suspension is via steel cables and ceiling fixings.

AP-400-008
Area of application
Acceptance of 12 mm thick PET panels for the production of acoustic baffles.
Baffles can be configured in almost any height and length.
Assembly
Minimum width or thickness of the baffle is 40mm.
For the assembly of the baffles, 4 V-cut cuts per panel are necessary.
Optionally glue and fold cuts with hot glue, then clamp the baffle into the profile.
With AKB mounting clips, baffles can be clipped into LBA or LBH profiles.
Fill baffles with PET acoustic fleece to increase sound absorption.
Close ends of baffles with prefabricated PET end caps.
Notes
Cut profile at least 25 mm shorter than the finished baffle length.
